Mission
Starodub is a small business founded in 1993 by Dr. Nicolas Gagarin and incorporated in 1997. Starodub’s mission has always been to meet our client’s needs by providing advanced and applied research, and technology development and deployment.
The primary services provided by the company are:
- applied research in transportation engineering, and
- advanced research in signal processing and pattern recognition for data analysis.
Most of Starodub’s projects are in highway engineering for the United States Department of Transportation and other highway related agencies. The application of advanced data analysis methods was expanded in 2006 to problems in earth sciences, astrophysics, and space exploration for NASA.
